研究概述
在吉训明院士团队主要从事脑静脉血栓及脑循环障碍相关疾病的基础研究工作,专注于脑静脉窦血栓、静脉窦狭窄相关颅高压、颈静脉狭窄等相关疾病的机制研究。利用丰富的临床数据及生物样本,通过临床表型组学、影像组学,生物样本蛋白质组学、代谢组学、转录组学等多组学技术及分子病理技术,针对脑静脉血栓及脑循环障碍相关疾病的诊断和治疗过中的核心难点问题开展了系列研究。主持/参加国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等研究项目5项,在Brain、Nature communications、Biomaterial等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,授权专利3项。
